Currently the Registration to RMI platform is free. To register Click on the “Register” button on the Home page right corner, provide the personal details and follow the instructions. Once the approval Process is completed, you will receive the User ID and Password.
A wallet gets created for your user ID.
You can Login with these credentials and start using the platform. There are terms and conditions for each service which will be required to be followed.
The commission towards the Transactions performed are credited to the Wallet. This money can be used to perform the Transactions.
Each state has team to support the Franchisee partners. There will be videos available to train on the service. The State team will conduct online Training sessions periodically.
All the Activities are automated and will be taken care with the help of the Technology. There is also a separate Support team which looks after the grievances. You can send an email if you have any problems. Our teams will resolve them and will reply back. The state teams will also support in case of any additional support required.
